CAN I CREATE PRINTS/PACKAGIG/LOGO/ETC. FROM YOUR ORIGINAL ART?
Unfortunately, it is strictly prohibited. But you may license my paintings from my shop or contact me if you would like to license my art or offer a collaboration. I am always open for new partnerships.

WHO RETAIN RIGHTS FOR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS?
I retain the copyright of all artwork that I create, including my images of paintings. I also retain the right to reproduce, license, use commercially (for my or any other brand) as well as use images for promotional and any other needs of all art I create (including my images of my artwork and including sold or licensed art, unless full or partial rights are sold or any other specific licensing agreements are made).

HOW DO I BUY AN ORIGINAL?
I create as many paintings as possible and release them in collections on my website a few times per year. This will be well advertised before hand via social media, my blog, and mailing list. These paintings tend to go pretty quickly, so be sure to be prompt! All my works are Originals.

CAN I COMMISSION A PAINTING?

Yes you can commission a painting to perfectly match your colour scheme or size and dimension to fit your space. However, please note that my techniqe has clear limits.

Specify the size that works best for your space.

  • Give examples of any colour palettes.

  • Agree price and timescales.

  • Claudia will send you a quote for the painting with the postage and packaging itemized.

  • Claudia will quote you a price and a 25% deposit is required for the commission to begin.

  • Cladia sends artwork worldwide, just specify your location.

COLOR IS NOT JUST COLOR!

Please remember that the original color tones of the Paintings may differ slightly from the color tones that you see on our website due to the camera or your monitor and your graphics card!

FRAMING

I highly encourage framing all your originals. Not only do they look incredibly beautiful framed, but it will help to protect your fresh artwork from wear and dust. I do not currently offer framing from my studio, but I do have a few recommendations! Contact me.


RETURNS

Every order, commission, and sale is handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible. My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase! Because of this, all sales are final except in certain situations. Please email: claudiadrexhage@web.de. Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and the check colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations. I try my best to represent the colors and tones in my work honestly and clearly.

HOW IS MY ARTWORK GOING TO BE SHIPPED?

All artwork is wrapped in paper, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box.
Most Artwork will ship via DHL or UPS and most packages arrive within 2-4 days (domestic) from time of shipping (includes tracking & insurance). International shipments will be sent via UPS or other carrier. International buyers, please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout. Please email me with questions or to get an estimate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ we will let you know via email.
• International packages are a bit outside of my control. Boarder fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries. Tracking is also quite unreliable with international shipments. That being said, I mail packages internationally every single week with great success overall!
Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.
